Winnie is a petite, 22 lb, 6-year-old beagle, picked up as a stray. But no one came for her.
Winnie is feeling pretty miserable, suffering from an ear infection, possible eye irritation, and skin issues. BRSM got her the medical treatment she needed thanks to the promise of a foster home.
