Emmy Lou sure could use a friend right now, in the form of a foster to get her out of the shelter. This sweet girl was adopted four years ago and returned to the shelter through no fault of her own: Emmy Lou simply didn’t care for the shenanigans of a new puppy.
Now she sits, waiting and wondering. Emmy Lou is 7 years old, 32 lbs and most likely gets along with dogs her age. She also gets along well with cats.
